We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. Janitorial

Custodial Floaters Full-Time – Honolulu, OAHU

We have full-time floater openings. Will be assigned to various locations around Oahu. Must have car, valid driver license and flexible schedule. Previous experience in janitorial cleaning and light maintenance helpful.

Custodians Full-Time – Honolulu & Waikiki, OAHU

We have full-time openings in Honolulu & Waikiki. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Experience with floor machines a plus. Day Schedules: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Evening Schedule: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Overnight Schedule: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Custodian Full-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We have a full-time janitorial opening in Downtown Honolulu cleaning a commercial office building and surrounding common areas/park. Must have great customer service skills. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Custodian Utility Full-Time – OAHU

We are looking for full-time utility janitors with a flexible schedule, must be available to work nights and weekends. Must have previous experience with floor machines, pressure washer, scrubber, strip/wax/buff, shampoo carpets. Must have a valid driver license.

Custodians Part-Time – Moanalua, OAHU

We are looking for a part-time custodian to clean a retail shopping center. Schedule: Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Custodians Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for part-time custodians for positions in Downtown Honolulu.

Schedule 1: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Schedule 2: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Custodian/Utility Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a part-time custodian with floor work experience. Must have flexible weekend days and weekday evenings.

Custodians Full-Time and Part-Time – Lahaina, MAUI

We are looking for full-time and part-time custodians in Lahaina. Various shifts, but must be able to work weekends. Good customer service aptitude and previous janitorial experience helpful.  Please call 688-7567 on Maui to schedule an interview.

Custodian Full-Time – Koloa, KAUAI

We are looking for a full time custodian in Koloa to clean a retail shopping center. Good communication skills, customer service aptitude and previous janitorial experience helpful. Please call 292-5308 on Kauai to set-up an interview. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Sat/Sun OFF)

Custodian Full-Time – Princeville, KAUAI

We are looking for a full-time custodian in Princeville. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center. Schedule: Wednesday thru Sunday, 1:00 to 9:30 pm. Call 808-688-7575 on Kauai for more information.

Engineering & Maintenance

Maintenance Helpers – Honolulu, OAHU

 Immediate full-time, entry-level openings for helpers in an Ala Moana area condo and downtown Honolulu commercial building. Looking for someone with mechanical aptitude and good customer service. Previous mechanical experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc helpful.

HVAC

HVAC Foreman – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a working HVAC Foreman with 7+ years commercial experience. Must be EPA Universal certified and have experience with chillers, cooling towers, split systems, installs, troubleshooting and ability to read blueprints. Must have a valid driver license. Previous supervisory and project management experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills a must.
